Estee is guided by the following principles when processing personal data:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">the principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency \u2013 the processing is lawful, fair and transparent for the data subject;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">purpose limitation principle \u2013 personal data is collected for precisely and clearly defined and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a manner contrary to these purposes;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">the principle of collecting as little data as possible &#8211; personal data is relevant, important and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of their processing;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">the principle of correctness &#8211; personal data are reliable and, if necessary, updated, and all reasonable measures are taken to immediately delete or correct incorrect ones from the point of view of the purpose of processing personal data;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">storage limitation principle \u2013 personal data is stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects only as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which personal data is processed;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the principle of reliability and confidentiality &#8211; the processing of personal data is carried out in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction or damage using appropriate technical or organizational measures.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n<li><strong>PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<br \/><br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.
